Exposition

Features of the Vendor Exhibit:

  • 30 Vendor spaces in a room located on the same floor as most of the meeting rooms to assure traffic through the exhibits.

  • Tentatively, exhibits will be open from Noon – 6:00 PM June 16th, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00PM on June 17th, and 9:00 AM – Noon on June 18th. (This is subject to input from the exhibitors)

  • Each booth will be 8’x10’ with pipe and drape and a sign provided. Additional furnishings to be supplied by exhibitor or rented through Tradeshow Services, Inc.

  • Utilities, labor, etc. is to be arranged directly through Tradeshow Services, Inc. by the Vendor.

Perks for Exhibitors:

  • Complimentary Registration for two exhibit staff persons per exhibit.
  • Coffee breaks and Poster Sessions will be located in the Exhibit Hall to increase traffic to your booth.

Cost:

  • $995 for 8x10 Booth.
  • $295 for Academia tables or unmanned Vendor Literature tables.
  • We will work with requests in the order they are received. Vendors will be given 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice preference for booth location when possible. However, the Exhibit Committee reserves the right to make the final determination of all space assignments, which are in the best interest of the exposition.
    Exhibitors will be contacted early in 2010 to choose their location preference based on the order of their reservation.
